PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI SATUAN POLISI LALU LINTAS RESOR DUMAI)

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi sebagai intervening. Teknik analisa data  menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model dengan Software SmartPLS2.  Hasil analisis membuktikan pada Satuan Polisi Lalu Lintas Resor Dumai, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap motivasi; kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi; motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi; dan kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi
