ANALISIS DAN PENGENDALIAN RISIKO KESELAMATAN KERJA PADA SISTEM DISTRIBUSI PRODUK ELEKTRONIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRADC
Abstract
Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam sistem distribusi produk elektronik yang melibatkan aktivitas material handling dengan intensitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengendalikan risiko keselamatan kerja pada sistem distribusi produk elektronik di PT CBR Batam menggunakan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif–analitis dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 10 potensi bahaya utama pada aktivitas penerimaan barang, penyimpanan, pemindahan material, pengemasan, serta loading dan pengiriman. Penilaian risiko menunjukkan bahwa 40% aktivitas berada pada kategori risiko tinggi, dengan risiko tertinggi pada aktivitas pemindahan material akibat potensi tertabrak forklift yang mencapai nilai risiko 100%. Penerapan pengendalian risiko berdasarkan hierarki pengendalian mampu menurunkan tingkat risiko sebesar 50%–80%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode HIRADC efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan kerja pada sistem distribusi produk elektronik.
