IDENTIFIKASI RISIKO ERGONOMI KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDS) MENGGUNAKAN NORDIC BODY MAP DAN RULA PADA PEKERJA PEMASANG BAUT DI FACTORY ASSEMBLY PT X KOTA BATAM
Abstract
Complaints of the musculoskeletal system generally occur due to excessive muscle contraction due to giving too heavy a workload with a long duration of loading. The purpose of this study was to identify the risk of MSDS complaints among bolt-on workers at Factory Assembly PT X. This research is descriptive analytic. The technique of this research is observational by assessing the work posture of bolt installation workers in Factory Assembly using the Nordic Body Map measurement and the RULA method. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 54 workers. The results showed the highest number of complaints using the Nordic body map measurement, namely complaints of pain in the right shoulder with the number who complained of pain as many as 42 workers (78%), pain in the upper right arm as many as 30 workers (56%), and pain in the upper right as many as 28 workers (52%). The results of the RULA measurement on the operator's work process assembling the mold body, ice stripper and support on the Jig table obtained a RULA score of 7, which means that this work posture requires immediate action to change. and the operator installed a screw with a screw machine to attach the mold body to the support on the table. Jig got a RULA score of 7, which means that this work posture needs immediate action to change.
