Jurnal Industri Kreatif (JIK) yang memiliki E-ISSN 2597-8950 merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Ibnu Sina Batam untuk pengembangan Program Studi Teknik Industri Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Ibnu Sina Batam, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta sharing perkembangan ilmu teknik industri. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan manajemen yang digunakan dalam dunia industri. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan sebanyak enam bulan sekali yaitu pada bulan Februari, dan Agustus.

Realiable Accounting Journal [p-ISSN 2808-0807, e-ISSN 2807-1158] is an electronic scientific journal published online twice a year (February and August). This journal is published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Ibnu Sina University for the development of the Undergraduate Accounting Study Program of Ibnu Sina University Batam Riau Islands which aims to publish scientific journals that contain ideas, concepts, theories and research results from various fields relevant to Accounting Science. The scope of study of this journal publication includes Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Batam Kota, Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Batam Kota, Batam yang berjumlah 70 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Loyalitas Kerja dipengaruhi langsung oleh Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Semangat kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap perubahan yang terjadi pada Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai dipengaruhi oleh Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja. Oleh karena itu, Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Kerja dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam membuat perencanaan strategis untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia. JPIS (Jurnal Pengabdian Ibnu Sina) is a scientific journal that publishes the results of Community Service (PkM) activities conducted by academics, researchers, lecturers, students, practitioners, and community partners as a medium for disseminating innovations, the application of science and technology, arts, and community empowerment programs oriented toward improving the quality of life in a sustainable manner. JPIS is registered with E-ISSN 2828-7053 and is published biannually, in January and July.

JPIS focuses on the publication of community service activities in various fields, including education, health, engineering, economics and business, environmental sustainability, appropriate technology, coastal community empowerment, entrepreneurship, and human resource development. Each published article is expected to provide real impact, practical solutions, and contributions to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Furthermore, JPIS is committed to maintaining publication quality through an objective and professional review process, enabling the journal to serve as a scientific reference for the development of community service activities at local, national, and international levels.

Jurnal Liga Ilmu Serantau (JLIS) merupakan jurnal ilmiah multidisiplin (sosial dan Sains) yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Ibnu Sina. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun oleh LPPM Universitas Ibnu Sina. JLIS menerbitkan artikel-artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, baik berupa hasil penelitian maupun penelitian terapan. Semua artikel yang diajukan akan melewati proses peer-review setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel.
