Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan, artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan manajemen yang digunakan dalam dunia bisnis. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Political campaigns as a means of politics, political education with the aim of educating voters to become citizens who have awareness in determining leaders based on rational and emotional behavior. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the performance management of Lingga Regency BAWASLU has been implemented well but there is still a need to improve BAWASLU's performance further. BAWASLU at the district/city level has a vital role and function in the implementation of Regional Head Elections. BAWASLU must be present as an organ that has a very important role and function in the implementation of Regional Head Elections in all Regency/City areas in Indonesia. In general, the function and role of BAWASLU in implementing regional head elections is to supervise all stages of regional head elections, receive reports of violations of applicable laws and regulations. In general, BAWASLU performance management is intended to organize the process of selecting Regent and Deputy Regent.
