Occupational safety culture is an attitude within an organization and individual that emphasizes the importance of safety. Safety culture requires that all safety-related obligations be carried out correctly and with a full sense of responsibility (Utara, 2011). The purpose of this study was to determine how the occupational safety and health culture system is implemented at PT. X. This study used a qualitative analytical method with direct observation and in-depth interviews. The independent variable was occupational safety and health culture, and the dependent variables were top management commitment, occupational safety regulations and procedures, OHS communication, worker competence, and work environment conditions. The population in this study was PT. X employees, with a sample of three informants. The results showed that the implementation of occupational safety and health culture has been well-implemented. This is supported by HSE statistics data for May, June, and July 2021, indicating no workplace accidents.
