Abstract

The result of hypothesis testing shows that the three alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed in this research are accepted, and reject the null hypothesis (H0). Some research conclusions can be formulated as follows: (1). there is a significant positive effect of morale, work environment, and work discipline on the effectiveness of employee work at BCA Batam Branch. Thus means the higher the morale of an employee, the better the working environment, and the higher the discipline of work, the higher the effectiveness of the employee as well. Similarly, the lower the morale of an employee, the less good the working environment, and the lower the discipline, the lower the effectiveness of the employee. Therefore, the spirit of work, work environment, and work discipline is an important variable to be considered in predicting the effectiveness of employees. (2). there is a significant positive influence morale on the effectiveness of employee work at BCA Batam Branch. Thus means the higher the morale of an employee, the higher the effectiveness of the employee as well. Similarly, the lower the employee morale of an employee the lower the effectiveness of the employee. Therefore morale is an important variable to be considered in predicting the effectiveness of employees. (3). there is a significant positive effect of work environment on the effectiveness of employee work at BCA Batam Branch. Thus means the better the working environment where employees work the higher the effectiveness of the employee as well. Similarly, the less good the working environment where employees work the lower the effectiveness of the employee. Therefore, the work environment is an important variable to be considered in predicting the effectiveness of employees. (4). there is a significant positive influence of work discipline on the effectiveness of employee work at BCA Batam Branch. Thus means the higher the discipline of an employee's work the higher the effectiveness of the employee as well. Similarly, the lower the work discipline of an employee, the lower the effectiveness of the employee. Therefore, work discipline is an important variable to be considered in predicting the effectiveness of employees.
