Abstract
Based on the description in the previous chapter, it can generally be summarized as follows: (1). In testing the hypothesis whether the variable of Work Discipline Affects Performance, then Because t arithmetic (4.481)> t table (1.697), then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, that is; Significant regression coefficient or Work Discipline variables affect Teacher Performance. (2). In testing the hypothesis of whether the Competence variable has an effect on the Teacher Performance, then Because t arithmetic (5.987)> t table (1.697), Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, that is; Significant regression coefficients or work competence variables affect the variable Performance Taecher. (3). In testing hypothesis whether incentive variable have an effect on Employee Performance, then Because t arithmetic (1,980)> t table (1,697), Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, that is; Significant regression coefficients or variables Giving Motivation affect the variable Performance Teacher. (4). In testing the hypothesis whether the variables Discipline Work, Competence and Motivation simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. Anova test yielded F counted 33,545> F table 2,93 with significance level (probability number) equal to 0,05. F arithmetic> F table then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the regression coefficient of Work Discipline (X1), Work Competence (X2), and Motivation (X3) Simultaneously have significant influence on teacher performance variable (Y).
