Abstract

This research was conducted at SMPN 4 Bengkong, Batam City. The results of his research can the authors describe as follows: (1). SMPN 4 Bengkong PLTD of Batam City need to increase work productivity of Master and the creation of a good working environment, safe and comfortable in order to realize the vision and mission and help develop the HR Information System, in order to facilitate the activities of human resources in achieving organizational goals. (2). Of all the questions asked by the researcher, as many as 15 questions from 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable, each variable with 5 questions, obtained the result that all questionnaire question stated VALID and RELIABEL, so all questionnaire question can be processed well. (3). Anova test yields F counts of 7.130> F table 4.08 with significance level (probability number) of 0.05. F arithmetic> F table then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the regression coefficient X1 (Incentive) is very significant effect on the variable Y (Work Productivity Teacher). (4). Anova test yielded F count of 8,630> F table 4.08 with significance level (probability number) equal to 0,05. F arithmetic> F table then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Then the regression coefficient X2 (Awards) have a significant effect on the variable Y (Work Productivity Teacher). (5). Variable Incentive and Variable Award, both very influencing significantly and positively to Variable Teacher Work Productivity at SMPN 4 Bengkong PLTD Batam City. Then, seen from Correlation and Determinasinya, it is known Variable Award stronger influence than Incentive Variables, where Determination of Variables Award of 15.40% while Determination Variable Incentive of 14.80%.
