Abstract
The result of hypothesis testing shows that the three alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed in this research are accepted, and reject the null hypothesis (H0). Some research conclusions can be formulated as follows: (1). There is a significant positive influence Work environment, organizational culture, collectively to the productivity of employee Section of Action P2 Sector at Main Service Office of Customs and Excise Type-B Batam. Thus means the better the work environment of employees, the better the organizational culture where employees work the higher the productivity of the employee. Similarly on the contrary, the less good the existing work environment in employees, the less good the organizational culture where employees work the lower the productivity of employee work. Therefore, the work environment, organizational culture is an important variable to be considered in predicting the productivity of employee work Section Action Field P2 at Main Office of Customs and Excise Type-B Batam. (2). There is a significant positive effect of work environment on employee productivity in P2 Section Action Field at Main Office of Customs and Excise Type-B Batam. Thus the better the working environment in an employee, the higher the productivity of the employee also. Similarly, the less good work environment in an employee the lower the productivity of employee work. Therefore, the work environment is an important variable to be considered in predicting the productivity of the employees of Section Action Field P2 in Main Service Office of Customs and Excise Type-B Batam. (3). There is a significant positive influence of organizational culture on employee work productivity Section Action Field P2 at Main Office of Customs and Excise Type-B Batam. Thus means the better the organizational culture where employees work the higher the productivity of employee work. Similarly, the less good the organizational culture where employees work the lower the productivity of employee work. Therefore, organizational culture is an important variable to be considered in predicting the productivity of Employee Section Action Field P2 On Main Service Office Type-B Batam.
